Of cluster design, centring a claw-set pear-shaped sapphire weighing 2.76 carats, framed by a halo of claw-set pear-shaped diamonds, further framed by claw-set brilliant-cut diamonds, the diamonds together weighing approximately 3.10 carats, mounted in 18ct white and yellow gold, size N, gross weight approximately 8.6 grams.
Accompanied by a fascimile AIG report numbered GEM20240503112431 dated 3 May 2024, stating that the 2.76 carat sapphire is natural, with no indications of hear, of Sri Lankan origin.
