A LARGE CHINESE CELADON JADE CONG, QIJIA CULTURE, CIRCA 2300-1500 BCE
Compare a few Qijia culture jade cong unearthed in Gansu province with similar styles: one slightly shorter example (12.8 cm), illustrated in Gu Fang, The Complete Collection of Jades Unearthed in China, Beijing, 2005, vol. 15 Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, pl. 38; another of similar proportions but of a darker green jade, illustrated ibid., pl. 37.

Overall in good condition, old nicks and chips to the extremeties, which are all consistent with age and use.
