A late Victorian silver plate tea and coffee service
Makers mark Boardman, Glossop & Co, Sheffield & London circa 1880

The comprising a tea urn, teapot, coffee pot, sugar bowl and milk jug each of ovoid footed form, lidded with pineapple finial and displaying elaborate engravings of laurel swags encircling a monogram "ECA" cartouches above a gadrooned lower section and included with a large twin handled rectangular tray with chamfered corners, notched gallery and engraved with corresponding motifs and with monogram "ECA", stamped to base, the tea urn 58.5cm high.
