The glass fronted clock face with recessed bright cut panel and partial exposed mechanism supporting the blue steel hands framed by an Arabic numeral chapter ring housed within a rectangular case with pedestal base, to the top a circular glass topped thermometer bay with mercury filled arch and a central compass alcove crowned by a hinged angular handle, 22.5 cm high.
