Circa 1890
The lobed bombe body pierced sectionally in a design of shields and masks within foliate scrolls, internally lined by a ruby glass bowl of conforming design, flanked to each side by griffin headed handles surmounted by a tiered cover punctuated by centurion busts all raised upon a scalloped and footed base, stamped WMF, O, to base, (liner complete but cracked), 47.5 cm high.
