The Starr Double Action Revolver was one of the most popular revolvers used during the American Civil War.

To take delivery of this lot, the buyer is (a) required to hold a valid collector's firearms licence, (b) nominate an agent who holds a valid firearms licence to purchase and collect on their behalf, (c) has a valid 'permit to acquire', (d) is a registered Victorian Arms Dealer.
In the case of edged weapons, the buyer is required to be a member of an approved Collecting Club or have a 'Prohibited Weapons Licence'.
