including 2 x Union .58 calibre 3 ring Springfield Minie bullets; one taken from the Wilderness Battlefield, 5-6 May, 1864; the other taken from the Resaca, Ga. battlefield, 14-15 May, 1864; a Union .54 calibre musket ball recovered from a tree on Big Round Top, Gettysburg, Pa, 2 July, 1863; a Confederate musket ball, possibly .58 or .69 calibre, recovered from a tree in front of the position held by 20th Maine Inf. at 2nd day of the Battle of Gettysburg, Pa., 2 July, 1863; a Confederate .577 calibre musket ball recovered at Honey Hill battlefield, SC, 30 November, 1864; and a Confederate .69 calibre musket ball, taken from the position held by the 20th Maine at Little Round Top, Gettysburg, Pa, 1-3 July, 1863 (6)
