Dept...by steamboat', printed by 'McGill & Withelow...Washington D.C.; and two giving Alfred Collins permission to 'go to his home outside the lines on the Brighton Road', Winchester, Va. and to 'sell marketing upon the streets to-day'; and a printed 'Oath of Allegiance and Amnesty, State of Alabama, Perry County', signed by S.C. Levents on 7 November, 1865 (4)
