decorated to one side with the Chinese character fu the symbol for good fortune painted in black enamel, with a diapered gilt design, surmounted by a central scalloped oval cartouche depicting the three Daoist Immortal Star Gods of Good Fortune, Fu Lu and Shou and representing luck, prosperity and longevity; the other side similarly decorated with the shou symbol for longevity, the female Daoist immortal Xi Wangmu and her attendant, illustrated within the cartouche; with fitted box, 25 cm high
