Overall condition is excellent. Not recently serviced or timed. Ticking when wound. Outer case in excellent condition. Dial in very good condition. Some scratches to inner lid with engraved presentation: 'To Frank W. Black with appreciation and esteem from your banking associates 1891-1931. .
