Of starfish design, centrally set with an opal cut en cabochon, each free form arm set with a row of graduated old European cut diamonds totallng 6.30cts, signed Forster, mounted in 18ct gold.

The piece is in excellent condition with all gems secure in their settings. Opal has a good play of colour in the reds, blues and greens. Diamonds are of various colours from fine white to tinted yellow and clarity from VS to P1. Forster was a manufacturing jeweler based in Melbourne.
