Lot 3083

F. COGNIE Treasury Buildings 1863
colour lithograph
27 x 35.5cm

Estimate $300 - $500

Sold for $300

This work shows no signs of foxing, however the paper appears to have discoloured with time. There are a few abrasions on the paper where a layer of the paper has come off. There is a scratch in the area of the sky. It is housed in a timber frame with a white mount. This work has not been examined out of its frame however there is a natural wave in the paper which suggests it is not stuck down.
