Item appears to be in a fair state of condition. The outter cover has deteriorated signaifcatly leaving losses around all eadges of paper. Tears and handling marks are apparent on cover as well as fading. There does not apepear to be any foxing on the item apart from one or two random dots on one of the pages. Although cover has completly detached itself from the inside the pages remain fully in tack and bound by stitching.
