Item appears to be in fair condition overal, with only one area to take note of. Deterioration and crumbling of paper is present around all edges of the cover/exterior. The pages have faded however no foxing or damage is present on the interior and wall seems in very good condition. The cover is attached to the pages and fully glued and secured to the first and last pages.
