The hinged rectangular box with quadrilobe shaped checker weave basketry panels of split bamboo, set into rectangular reserves, all corners bound in detailed metal mounts (cracks to the lacquer, small repairs, small losses to the metalwork, some recolouring), 23 x 56 x 46cm
