Baluster, with a fluted lower body, raised on a pedestal base, flanked by a curved ebony handle, and a beautifully modelled hound head spout, marked 'Christofle sterling, France', along side a Minerva head and a markers mark for Christofle to base; a Hippocrates mark below the lid, approximately 840 grams silver, 28cm high

overall condition good, minor scratches to body consistent with use, minor wear in places to ebony handle with no visible dents. The coffee pot has a clean interior and does not appear to be used
