A CHINESE LANGYAO TYPE BOTTLE VASE, QING DYNASTY (1644-1912), 18TH CENTURY
Of elegant pear shaped form, covered with a rasperry red copper glaze pulling back to a pale greenish ivory glaze at the mouth, large crackle to the glaze throughout, housed on later hardwood stand, 23cm high

This item is in fair condition.

There is crazing of the glaze throughout. There is minor abrasion to the rim of the vase, but no losses. There is wear and discolouration to the base of the vase, due to age. The crazing has acquire accresions, however this comes off.
