Lot 3009

CHARLES BLACKMAN (born 1928)
Fallen School Girl
screenprint
edition A/P
60 x 79cm

Estimate $1,200 - $1,800

Sold for $1,100

Work in overall very good condition. Speckles of foxing evident on mount only (not visible on actual paper). No staining, tears or holes present. Slight fading of paper, most obvious in corner margin against mount board. Work is framed and paper sits behind a white and grey double mount, housed in a curved rim timber frame. A natural wave flows through paper indicating paper may not be glued down to work.
