Overall condition appears to be fair. No visible tears or holes to canvas, however there is one area of over painting. Housed in a 20th century frame, repairs and losses visible to frame. Very subtle crazing to canvas, particularly over the face. There is a consistent film of surface dirt across the canvas, leaving the whole with areas of gloss and matt finish. The canvas also appears to have been relined.
