comprising a large two handled tray, spirit kettle on stand with burner, tea pot, coffee pot, suagr and creamer, all decorated with gardonned borders and each piece bearing the mongram for Monty Noble. All housed in a travelling oak box. The tray bearing the inscription "PRESENTED TO M.A.NOBLE, BY FRIENDS IN THE COMMONWEALTH in appreciation of his character as a Sportsman and his merits AS A GREAT CRICKETER, June 2nd 1908". Total weight approximately 7468 gms silver. The tray 71cm wide, 43cm deep.
Notes: Monty Noble played 42 Tests 1989-1909, including 15 as Australian captain.
