The domed pierced plaque centrally set with an oval cut sapphire of 1.25cts, with round brilliant cut diamonds set throughout, mounted in two tone 18ct gold, ring size L. Circa 1940.

In good condition with all stones secure in their settings. Sapphire of a corn flower blue colour with natural feather inclusion. Diamond too small to grade.
