The waisted case veneered with green stained tortoiseshell and mounted with gilt brass Rococo cresting. The case outlined with foliate mounts standing on decorative scroll feet. The one piece circular dial with main numerals in Roman style with five minute numerals in Arabic fashion. Twin going barrel movement, verge escapement, eight day duration, hour striking on bell, rack operated
