The mahogany dial bezel, long drop trunk with carved ears locating dial bezel to trunk. Well figured veneers to trunk which has a chisel bottom. Heavy cast brass bezel with convex glass. The 33 cm silvered brass dial, with Roman and Arabic numerals, signed John Wood - Grantham. Single weight timepiece movement of eight day duration with anchor escapement
