YUAN DYNASTY

The bowl with finely moulded decorated of phoenix and lotus flowers, the glaze of even ivory hue. Remnant original silver band to the rim.
VIEW IN MELBOURNE
3.9cm high, 18cm diameter.

Sold for $1,100

One hairline crack to the rim, light wear to the glaze in the interior, losses and significant oxidisation to the original silver band, small areas of red earth staining indicating burial, one miniscule glaze-chip to the foot-rim.
