Two pronounced vertical creases running through the right hand side of the central figure. Multiple smaller creases and folds. Darkening to the entire image through age or from years of lamp/incense smoke. A couple of isolated later paint flecks around the lower right hand corner of the image. Otherwise no further visible faults or damage.
