Of cluster design, the oval sapphires totalling 3.20cts, bordered by round brilliant cut diamonds, on a diamond set shepherd hook fitting, altogether totalling 2.0cts, in 18ct white gold, with accompanying GRS gemstone report number GRS2019-018607 stating origin Burma and no indication of heat treatment.
