Lot 208

HANS HEYSEN (1877-1968)
Thirles Barn, Hahndorf
etching 14/50
editioned, titled and signed below image
12 x 20cm

Estimate $800 - $1,200

Sold for $800

This work is in fair condition. The work shows signs of cockling and rippling which would suggest that the work has not been glued down. This work has not been inspected out of the frame however. There is discolouration throughout, consistent with age and some small areas of foxing. The work is framed well with some wear to the frame.
