Elegantly carved throughout with a repeated flat carved scroll motif. The open canopy with spiral-turned front supports, above a middle-section frieze with turned end-pendants with the initials and date 'WGE 1699' carved to the centre, enclosing a pair of recessed cupboard doors with carved panels, the lower-section with drawers and centred by an inlaid bird, over a pair of cupboard doors, the front stile supports with a band of chequered-inlay
198.5cm high, 138cm wide, 48cm deep

Recently refinished, otherwise condition consistent with age. There are paint spatters and marks to boths side panels, along with stains and ring marks. There are noticable losses to the lower corners of the cupboard's middle section and the feet.
