Of classic bombe form, with floral marquetry throughout, the drop down leather inset bureau opening to a fitted interior with lozenge inlaid drawers flanking pigeon holes and a small cupboard, below are a pair of drawers above three graduating drawers, the whole raised on bracket feet
106cm high, 115cm wide, 62cm deep

There are surface scratches and dents overall, a chip to the veneer on front left corner (piece still present), minor lifting to the floral marquetry in places, restorations to the veneer overall, fractures, splits and repairs to the front and side panels, repairs to all four bracket feet (one piece is loose), the interior shows signs of restoration with a stress fracture running across the interior of the drop-down panel
