Lot 82

Work bears minor deterioration as with age. Craquelure evident in patches including upper right hand corner, the subjects torso (center) and lower right hand side with evidence of latter touch ups and fill in. The panel on which the work has been painted on bears a split (running parallel to grain) along the span (in the lower half) of the painting. Dust build up and imperfections are visible across surface. Surface has been sealed with a thin layer of varnish. Work has been inspected under UV light.
