"This piece is the first line of some poetry my friend recited at an event last year. His recitation and the meaning of the poetry brought tears to my eyes. I wrote the first line to remind me of the poetry. I decided to go with black and white so when pondering over the meaning I am not distracted by colours so my focus remains on the meaning." - The Artist -
