A FINE 18TH CENTURY GEORGE I PERIOD CHAIR
The frame in solid walnut, of pegged construction, with a drop-in silk covered stuffed seat. The gently cabriole shaped legs with bold shell carved knees and generous pad feet typical of the period. The back with a C-scroll top rail, above a vase shaped solid splat. 'British Antique Dealers Association' stamp to back rail.

Small patch repair to left shoulder. Small chips to rear of front right and back left feet. Age-related separation to front left of seat rail. Pad replaced or repaired on front left foot.
