The uniform comprises a jacket and a skirt; there is a cloth tailor's label to the jacket and the skirt, 'Muldoon & Bollen / 244-246 Collins St / Melbourne'; the jacket has an 'F' embroidered to the back of the strap on the front right side; buttons embossed 'AUSTRALIAN MILITARY FORCES', map of Australia and crown; 'K.C. LUKE / MELB' to the reverse of the buttons; scattered moth holes throughout raning in size from approximately 3mm diameter to 5mm diameter; heavy deterioration to the top edge of the collar of the jacket
