Anthony Romagnano's practice focuses on figurative drawing with colour pencil in dense application. Romagnano explores moments of social interaction in urban settings, paring down detail to essential bocks of vivid colour. In Not titled we are privy to a silent exchange as a woman passes by an open doorway to meet the gaze of the emerging figure. Romagnano has worked in the Arts Project studio since 2004. He has exhibited in numerous exhibitions nationally and internationally, and his work is held in private collections Australiawide.
