Carved from a single piece of onyx, platinum band entirely set with round white diamonds, white gold pendant and triangular bow, yellow gold chapter ring on the case with radial champlevé Roman numerals and flower head markers, secured by four screws, glazed brushed silver center with outer hour and minute divisions, blued steel Breguet hands, rhodium plated, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, free-sprung flat balance spring, signed Cartier.
