Patterns by Kate Knight is an explosion of fluorescent shards, the aesthetic reminiscent of refracted light through stained glass.

Kate Knight is a painter, ceramicist and printmaker whose work shows a keen eye for the ornate, often focusing on repeated motifs. She is inspired by the natural world, architecture and everyday objects, using a collection of diverse images to form the basis of her practice.

Knight has worked at the Arts Project Australia studio since 2008. She has been involved in numerous group exhibitions including at Spring 1883; Melbourne Art Fair; Gallery 101, Ontario; and C3 Gallery, Abbotsford. Her work is held in national and international private and corporate collections.
