Work in excellent condition. Bark is housed in a purpose made timber box frame (without glass). Structurally supported by custom-made wire bars verso. The bark itself is in sound condition with no signs of splitting, pigment loss or deterioration. (LEONARD JOEL DELIVERY SIZE MEDIUM)

Gulumbu Yunupingu was one of eight contemporary Indigenous artists commissioned to create a site specific public artwork for the prestigious Musee du Quai Branly, Paris, which opened in June 2006. She is represented in major public collections including the National Gallery of Australia, the National Gallery of South Australia, the Queensland Art Gallery and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
