CIRCA 12TH CENTURY

The four-armed devi seated on a recumbent animal vehicle, holding attributes including a vajra, raised on an integral waisted rectangular plinth. The eyes of both Devi and the vehicle inlaid with copper.
Height 9cm

Overall wear to raised sections of bronze, one old loss to bottom rim of base possibly inherent to casting, one hole lower left beside ankle also likely inherent to casting
