The lantern within a three sided glazed shade, with ornate carved and gilt decoration, raised on a fabric covered shaft, decorated with fleur de lis.
Wired and operating as a lamp.

Fraying, staining and wear overall, consistent with age and use. Chips and cracks visible to giltwood lantern.
The lantern does not appear to come apart.
