AN ANGLO INDIAN CARVED EBONY ARMCHAIR
Second quarter 19th century, the broad top rail centred by carved shells with foliate scrolls between leaf carved and reeded uprights terminating in scrolling armrest supports, above a foliate carved front rail, on turned and leaf carved front legs with porcelain castors, cane seat.
Height 108cm, Width 65cm, Depth 83cm

in good condition, one turned boss missing from inside of left hand upright; some old splits to frame, one at base of right hand armrest support, the other on the left hand edge of the seat rail; some opening of grain to the rear left leg
