Warren McArthur (1885-1961) was an American industrial and furniture designer who became renowned for his aluminium tubular furniture. In 1929 Warren and his brother Charles opened the part-owned Biltmore Hotel for which their brother Albert was the architect. Warren designed the furniture for the hotel and Frank Lloyd Wright consulted on the design and construction. Australia was the only country outside of America to be granted license to produce McArthur's designs, this license was given to Namco in the 1930s.
