QING DYNASTY (1644-1912), TRANSITIONAL
Of tall baluster form, only partly decorated in underglaze blue, originally intended to have further enamel decoration. The foot flat and unglazed. Metal bound rim.
45cm high, 16cm diameter
Estimate $400 - $600
Slightly misfired - greyish colour and crackle to the glaze. Should have been glazed - probably kiln waster. Repaired section to the mouth rim.
