NOTE
The Rolex Datejust was initially released in 1945 to commemorate the firm's 40th anniversary. The model has since become an icon. The design and aesthetics of the Datejust have largely remained unchanged with modifications confined to the introduction of new sizes, materials, dials along with some upgrades in the movements.

Widely patronised by important global figures, the Rolex Datejust is unquestionably one of the most important models manufactured by the firm.

MOVEMENT: running at the time of cataloguing, date advancing.
CASE: in good overall condition with signs of general surface wear, scratches, and some small dings visible throughout, consistent with age and use. Signs of previous polish. Bracelet with some stretch, equivalent wear and scuffing throughout, clasp close secure. The crystal with light abrasion to the edges along with a few nicks at intervals
DIAL: in overall good condition with visible signs of aging on hands, and hour markers. Very light tarnish around rim of date aperture. All diamonds are intact, bright, and lively.

Please note that the movement has not been tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need servicing at the buyer's discretion.
