Lot 285

Marks and scratches are present to both chairs which are consistent with their age and previous use. There are some signs of discolouration and use to the white plastic of both chairs, particularly along some of the edges. There are some small cracks and abrasions to the plastic of both chairs also. Minor paint losses and flaking to the underside of one of the chairs. The tulip base detaches from one of the chairs when picked up as there are some washers/a nut missing. Minor signs of rusting and patina to the metal under the cushions. Minor colour transfer from the blue cushions onto the white of the chairs. Velcro strips have been attached to the underside of the cushions and to the chair. The strips have since deteriorated and come lose, leaving stains on the chair. These stains cannot be seen when the cushions are in place however. The velcro strips sewn on to the underside of the cushions could be unpicked and removed. The cushions show some minor signs of aging and use but are in good condition.
