Work is in overall good condition. There is a stain seen to the lower center margin, this does not affect the print itself. Overall frame measuring 63 x 69cm.

I noticed this house near Diggers Rest one day and was fascinated to learn from the locals that it had once been surrounded by trees. The land had been over-cleared. Two brothers had built and occupied the house but since they died the house had remained derelict. I was using opaque colours at the time' (The Artist)
