Marks and surface scratches consistent with the age and previous use of the sofa are present to the beech frames and leather. The corners of some of the cushions show some more obvious signs of ware and use. One of the bottom cushions is quite worn and there are some signs of cracking in the middle of it. There are some abrasions and scuffs to the beech frame, mostly to the corners and around the legs. Some signs of possible water damage to the bottom of the feet. The webbing looks as though it has been replaced but has since stretched. There is some fabric sitting under the cushions which the webbing is meant to run through, however the webbing has come loose. No major losses to the sofa. Structurally sound and overall in fair condition.
