Of mesh design, the hinged frame is decorated to the front with a line of calibré-cut rubies partially flanked by brilliant-cut diamonds, the thumbpiece collet set with a pair of cabochon rubies, supported from an elongated trace link chain, the rubies and diamonds together weighing approximately 4.20 carats and 0.68 carats respectively,

measuring 165mm x 130mm x 8mm, gross weight approximately 369 grams, numbered 54165.
