The beautifully embroidered third civil rank badge with peacock converted sympathetically to an evening bag in the 20th Century.
As a bag 12cm high, 23cm wide. The rank badge 23cm high, 24cm wide

Some minor wear to the edges of the bag, but the rank badge embroidery in good condition - minimal if any fading
