Minor marks and surface scratches present throughout. Scratching, signs of wear, and aging are present to polished steel frame. A few scratches and abrasions to the leather. General signs of wear consistent with the previous use and age of the chaise are present to the leather. Some damage to the fabric on the body of the chaise caused by the velcro which is located to the underside of one of the cushions. This is not visible unless the pillow is removed however. No major rips or splits. No major losses. The chaise is structurally sound and comfortable. Overall in good condition.
