Originally published in 1985, this incredible book documents the ground breaking 30 years in Italian design between 1950 and 1980. Organized year by year, and printed in black and white, Giuliana Gramigna has collated many of the key pieces of furniture and lighting to come out of Italy, from the modernism of the 1950s, the organic design of the 1960s to the rise of Memphis in the late 1970s. This book is both an essential piece of reference material, as well as being an incredibly interesting book to study. Text in Italian
